I have a GTX 690 which is a 4GB card but it's a dual GPU card so it runs as 2x2GB. So I'm not sure about what number to set in VideoMemorySizeMb, 2048 or 4096!
Any ideas???
Calculate as if you had 2GB VRAM...
So if you have a clean system and nothing but the essential running in the background you should manage RAM+VRAM(2048)-2048... in other words, set it to equal your RAM. Lower if you're running stuff in the background like random processes, browsers, etc.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Please bare with me I'm new to this. Are you saying to set it like this: VideoMemorySizeMb=16384 well if I had a clean system like you said?? Or as I only have a reasonably clean system I could try VideoMemorySizeMb=8192 ???
Thanks again
[EDIT] Also I've just realised something, I "thought" I just downloaded v0.209 but it was actually v0.210 and I can't find any older version on here now, only the 210 version. Any ideas??? My ENB preset (RealVision ENB) requires v0.209 :-\
Yeah, pretty much. I know it sound incredibly high, but it works.
I have mine set to 9GB (see my signature for my rig).
About .209, you're out of luck.
Although I don't like Boris dropping support for proxies out of the blue without keeping the old binaries for those who still want SweetFX and the like, I will respect his wishes nonetheless. Since binaries aren't supposed to be uploaded to the nexus, I don't know if it's possible to find the .209 binaries if you didn't keep a copy. Sorry.
Wow! Right ok, thank you. I'll set it at 8GB and see how it goes. And that's a shame about dropping the support for older versions, but hey never mind.
Thanks for your help, really appreciate it.
Regards

enbhost.exe not working for you
Whatever i tried, don't see difference in memory usage with ugrid setting, so i don't think that crashes with higher ugrid happen because out of memory.
Errrr ok, probably another stupid question from me, but where exactly is the "VideoMemorySizeMb"??? I thought it would be in the ENBSeries.ini but it isn't :-\ The only place I can find it is in the ENBLocal.ini, is that the right one???
Again sorry I'm to to this

VideoMemorySizeMb is the VRAM of your video card. If you have a 64 bit OS, you can use this formula (VRam + Ram) - 2048
Add VideoMemorySizeMb in the [MEMORY] section of your ENBLocal.ini file

Yes, that's the right one.
