This is show off of nice effects.
Does this water blur reflection, lighting, sunshafts can be implemented for other textures in different engines ? How to target so that one shader only effects water but no weather because we don't want that. And that one shader has multi-engine support.

Very beautiful game. Well, making per object effects is possible only for me now or other developers of wrappers. But i'm working on version, which allow users to attach shaders inside the game (very complex).

I'm reading some HLSL tutorial and is beyond my comprehension.

I don't know. Ask author of OBGE, as i understood, he started to learn graphics programming from scratch.
