Is a Generic 64bit ENB possible?

I've used a couple of ENB mods specifically for a few old 32bit games, but I'm wondering if it's even possible to write a Global/Generic ENB mod that could possibly applied to ANY 64bit game? (similar to the way "ReShade" works with any program, but isn't an ugly POST-processor.)

It sure would simplify things.

TIA

Nope, generic is not any different to reshade by features. In the past generic enb was used for old games when it was able, at some luck, apply effects for 3d objects, but those days passed away. There is nvidia remix which do this better now. Also those old games were not 64 bit ever.

First I've heard of "RTX Remix". Looks intriguing. Thx.
