AnimatedStars effect for Blackreach ceiling
Is it somehow possible to apply the AnimatedStars effect to the ceiling of the Blackreach cave (or glowing falmer caves' ceilings in general)?

Easier to do this in native mod. (Modifying the ceiling meshes or adding effects as additions)
