The question is, where is runtime package unpacked when installing it and how extract dll from it. I'm not familiar with win7 (long time winxp user, but can't install x64 on it obviously).

dumb question: do you have SP1 for win7? cos it's required to install KB2999226.ENBSeries wrote:There is nothing interesting in that folder, just copy of runtime installer and state.rsm file. But it's created two another folders there which have patch Windows6.1-KB2999226-x64.msu for example. It won't install manually "the update is not applicable to your computer".
