Stand-alone ENB App

Boris,
I was wondering if it would be possible to save the state of the input data to ENB for a game to disk and then have a stand-alone app that can read it back in and edit it with the same in-game interface. Like a screen archer Photoshop type app but just re-using all the same UI from the game. I think it would be cool to be able to switch out ENBs and make changes on a static image without having to load the actual game.
Thanks

Re: Stand-alone ENB App

Amount of work to implement such feature do not worth it. I'm sure scene recorders exists (similar to intel gpa, but replayable), but nobody knows about them, because they are useless for almost everybody.
