Hi guys how can i disable this blurry effect and those movies line on top and the bottom of the screen.

Depth of field effect is that blur.
Borders are made in enbeffect.fx or effect.txt files by users (or other files, because these two allow to import another shaders). Try to open them in text editor and search for parameters or definitions like "letterbox", "border".
