Request help for NIGHT ENB

Hello. im new here . i have a question about ENB for the game live for speed. as there exist a night mod for this game i was wondering if someone could make a ENB that makes the game look more realistic NIGHT. this game have no night so it is kinda up to either ENB or maybe even sweetFX to do this job i think. my problem is i know not enough about this to actually do it myself.so my request is :
if someone have time and want to make it look more nightish. i would be very happy for the effort.
