Can't post my favorite game name "D.i.a.b.l.o"
I'm really annoyed that I can't post "D.i.a.b.l.o" as a new user.

Open up Notepad and type it as many times as you want to - problem solved.
It's because of the spam filter, same rules for all new users.

Spammers frequently use diablo related spam, that's why all new users have filter against this word.

All I wanted to do was to say that D3 failed when I used enb series injector and the second annoying this was the image posting where I can't post the failed picture that I took from FRAPS.
