Re: Nvidia GTX Titan was announced today!!

So my local IT dude said there are 2 Titans available from his supplier, but they are overcharging and want $1400 (AU) for them, which means I'd have to sell my current 680 before I can get the titan, or wait a month or so (and by then they may be gone) decisions decisions

EDIT: Was looking on Ebay to see if anyone is selling a Titan and there are heaps of them on ebay already, what the...

That site worked like a charm for me. I had it send me text message updates. But you have to be really quick once you get an update that they are in stock as they go FAST!

As for my 2 Titans, I couldn't be happier! 60 plus FPS with ENB @1920x1080 and 8x supersampling AA. ;) downsampling at 3840x2160 usually gets me about 30 -35 FPS.

What make/model did you go with, far?
I was wanting the Asus, but I think the EVGA versions will be easier to come by.
What temps do you see, and what clocks are you running?

I just run the default clock speeds. Not sure what those are off the top of my head.
I am using a tweaked bios though. You'll probably want to flash to a tweaked bios as well. The default bios suffers from throttling.
I have 2 EVGA superclocked versions...

temps? I'll have to get back to you, but these cards actually run cooler than any other cards I've owned. like 25c when idle. I don't think I've seen them above 65c during load.
