Я не знаю ID, но его можно найти в локации "Небесная гавань", вас туда занесет, если сюжет проходили, там обычная версия меча и специальная: "Бич Драконов", из названия понятно против кого он лучше всего работает)

I don't know it's ID, but it can be found in a location "Heavenly harbor" as i remember.
