Thanks Vlako, I think I might have tweaked the specular a bit tooo drasticly.

I figured out that it was the fog causing the distant glow at night and day on the mountains and rivers, I hope Boris can get to this, I will message him later. Also with the 1.5 I uploaded all my enb files, please note that those are the only enb files you are using to achieve similar results to me, thanks everyone!

In the mean while I have another set for you, hopefully with better specular!
