Re: The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

DropaDred: Thanks. Wow does look better. I haven't played that game for years, it's scary how low poly that game still is. but the bloom, color and contrast definatly helps the game.. I wouldn't call my setting universal yet, as I have only tried it on wind waker and twilight princess, and it's not too great for twilight princess, as that game has its own bloom, and the game is just ugly to begin with. But this setting will properbly be my base setting to start off from on other games (farcry 3, assassins creed 3, dark souls) and the other 20 games I have laying around that I haven't even played yet (Curse you Skyrim!)

Patney: I'm VERY excited about that wind waker remake, although that game is properbly the last zelda game that should have a remake, it looks absolutely beautiful today still, the graphics is timeless! Every other zelda games should be first in line for a remake, if you ask me, especially twilight princess, it's just horrible to look at.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

Btw: Wind waker on dolphin has a problem with heat distortion effect that dolphin can't render.. Here's a fix to disable it

I made the game darker. Now it's almost too dark in some interiors, but it not AS bright outside anymore, which is nice. And I kind of like the darker dungeons now :)
Here's a few more comparison shots.

And here's a shot from a cutscene :) I wish I could detach the camera like in skyrim, and fly around to get some cool shots.

Re: The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

You're supposed to be able to detach the camera. I was able to do it with Twilight Princess :) I don't have Dolphin in front of me right now, but there should be an option for it somewhere in the menus of Dolphin. :) shots look really cool btw!!
